Registration Guidelines :

  • Make sure that you have an account on E-Learning UAD (https://elearning.uad.ac.id/)
  • For UAD Students, if you forgot your password please contact +6289 5365 0840 00 (WhatsApp only)
  • For Alumni and Public, send your personal data (Fullname, Phone Number and Email Address) to +6289 5365 0840 00 (WhatsApp only)
  • Fill the form on Registration Form
  • Wait until you get response from us on your email address about the payment
  • Upload your payment confirmation on Payment Confirmation Form
  • Certificates will be sent to your email 1 week after the test from 10.am – onwards
